Therapeutic Group

Enrollment is now open for a therapeutic group.

Group therapy is a space where you can better understand yourself, your feelings, and your desires.
It allows you to share things that are often difficult to express even to yourself.

You will also be able to explore your relationships with others and understand what creates challenges in them.

Support from both the facilitators and group members is an essential part of this process.

🕖 Thursdays, 19:00–22:00
☕ Includes a coffee break
👥 Group size: 12–15 participants
🌐 Working language: Russian
