THE KEFALI FESTIVAL WILL BE HELD IN POTI!

On August 16th, starting from 11:00, one of the most unique festivals will take place in the city with the status of the least touristy place in the country. The organizers promise a kaleidoscope of vivid impressions and exciting outdoor events.

The festival has been held since 2018, but this time it will be held for the first time in an excursion format, covering the entire city — from the sea to cozy gardens, old mansions, and creative venues.

WHAT WILL BE:
4 thematic zones with various activities for the whole family.

Water Zone
At the Golden Lake — paddleboarding and boat rides, a petting zoo with donkeys, a bar and food court with kefali (fish). At the Colchis Nature Reserve office, there will be an ecological lesson. And on Paliastomi Lake, you can enjoy pontoon spoon and boat rides.

Central Zone
In city locations, you can stroll through ancient mansions, try Megrelian food, participate in a tea ceremony, take bright pictures in photo zones, and children can create crafts from salt dough, make bracelets, paint, and conduct chemical experiments.

Park Zone
Excursions and quests based on the myth of the Golden Fleece and A. Dumas’ visit to the city.

Island Zone
Here you can visit the House of Stones, attend etiquette and pottery masterclasses, watch a comedy about the birth of football in Georgia, taste homemade wine, and enjoy pizza in the Greek Quarter.
