The Bauhaus School:
from student idealism to serious architectural projects,
from junk materials to industrial design,
from experimental teaching to universal educational programs,
from local initiative to global influence.
The school lasted only 14 years, changed three directors, and was led by a non-academic teaching team.
Yet today, we still use and admire the groundbreaking innovations of its founders, teachers, and students —
in painting, architecture, interior and furniture design, graphic arts, textiles, and even choreography.
