Tea Gathering & Tasting

Tea Alchemy — a special tea gathering this Friday.

What we’ll be drinking:

🌿 Qi Lan — a lightly roasted Wuyi oolong. The roasting is delicate, so the tea doesn’t develop heavy toasted notes. Its aroma is filled with bright florals reminiscent of lilac and orchid, while the taste offers a gentle grassy freshness and a sweet finish. A perfect way to smoothly shift from the working week into weekend mode.

🔥 Boiled Shu Pu-erh with Ginseng and GABA — the main experiment of the evening. A rich, dark base combined with the softness of GABA and the distinctive accent of ginseng.

🍂 Shou Mei Gao Shan — an aged white tea from Fuding. With time, its fresh green character has faded, revealing notes of dried meadow herbs, birch bath broom, and dried fruit.

Tea bowls, fire, brewing, and a little tea magic before the weekend.
