A French haute cuisine chef and graduate of Ferrandi Paris, with experience in iconic restaurants including Le Meurice alongside Alain Ducasse.

Today he leads the kitchen of Auberge Ostapé and is recognized for his technically precise, seasonal, and minimalist gastronomy.

Jean Argo is widely regarded as one of the most refined voices in modern French cuisine, holding Three Hats and one Michelin star.

A Georgian chef who builds modern Georgian cuisine on traditional culinary foundations.

For years, Giorgi has led the kitchen of Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Chavchavadze, with a strong focus on healthy ingredients, visual presentation, and preserving the natural flavors of seasonal produce.
