Distances:

• Individual: 1 mile (1,609 m) — 4 laps of 402.25 m + 0.33 L of beer before each lap

• Relay: 4×402.25 m + 0.33 L of beer before each lap. Team registration only — 4 participants per team, with no gender restrictions
