A poignant and humane film on the age-old theme: the necessity and impossibility of choosing between different types of love.
28-year-old writer Margot has been married to Lou, a successful author of cookbooks, for six years. They are good friends: they goof around together, share a house in the suburbs of Toronto, and know everything about each other's strengths and weaknesses. Lou's love is expressed in constantly cooking Margot chicken according to his own recipe. The problem is that this life has little to do with passion. Then Margot meets a new acquaintance - Daniel - the neighbor of the couple with whom there is plenty of electricity and mutual attraction. The heroine confesses to him that she fears many things, but above all she fears... fear.
The meeting will be hosted by clinical psychologist, psychoanalyst, and psychology lecturer Irina Kozlova.
