On February 7–8, Lumos invites you to a two-day intensive systemic constellations workshop led by Tamuna Zhizhilashvili.
What are systemic constellations?
Systemic constellations reveal the dynamics of relationships within the family system and help identify and heal unhealthy patterns that often repeat across generations.
Systemic constellations offer an opportunity to work with topics such as:
difficulties in relationships with parents;
conflicts or recurring breakups with a partner;
challenges in setting and maintaining personal boundaries;
fear that “the same thing will happen again”;
childhood trauma and unresolved emotional pain;
difficulty finding one’s place in the family or career;
limiting loyalty toward family members;
confusion in life choices and direction;
grief, loss, and separation;
sudden or recurring health issues;
unconscious feelings of guilt or “indebtedness”;
property, financial, or inheritance matters;
difficulties in relationships with children and inner confusion about the parental role;
a desire to reconnect with one’s inner source of strength.
During the two-day intensive, each participant will have the opportunity to bring a personal topic and work on an issue that is currently relevant to them.
Solution-oriented constellations bring clarity to the system and support healthier relationships with parents, children, partners, family members, and in professional settings. Consciously and compassionately accepting past experiences allows us to connect more deeply with ourselves and remain resourced in any life situation.
