 Day 1 – Imereti: Land of Ancient Kings

 Early departure from Tbilisi
 Scenic ride through Surami and Rikoti mountain passes
 Arrival in Kutaisi — one of Europe’s oldest cities
 Visit Bagrati Cathedral — symbol of Georgia’s unity
 Explore Motsameta Monastery — perched above a river gorge, shrouded in legends
 Walk through the charming old town of Kutaisi
 Hotel check-in and free evening (dinner optional)


 Day 2 – Samegrelo & The Road to Svaneti

 Depart from Kutaisi
 Stop in Zugdidi — heart of Samegrelo
 Visit the Dadiani Palace — linked to the Bonaparte dynasty
 Continue the journey into Svaneti via the breathtaking Enguri dam
 Scenic ride through mountain roads
 Arrival in Mestia, check-in and evening walk or dinner at your pace


 Day 3 – Glaciers, Towers & Mountain Swings

 Morning hike to Chalaadi Glacier — through pine forest and alongside a mountain river
 Return to Mestia, then:
 Visit Margiani House Museum — real Svan tower and home from the 13th century
 Head to the famous Heshkili swing — with incredible mountain views
 Optional: Svaneti Museum of History (ticket not included)
 Free time in the evening


 Day 4 – Ushguli: A Village in the Sky

 Drive to Ushguli — the highest continuously inhabited village in Europe (2,200m)
 Stop at the Tower of Love — a heartbreaking legend awaits
 Explore medieval towers and Lamaria Church, where women still pray for protection
 Epic photo stop with Mount Shkhara — the tallest peak in Georgia (5,193 m)
 Drive back to Tbilisi through Lower Svaneti's lush gorges
 Arrival in Tbilisi late in the evening

Tbilisi is the capital and the largest city of Georgia, lying on the banks of the Kura River with a population of around 1.2 million people. Tbilisi was founded in the fifth century AD by Vakhtang I of Iberia, and since then has served as the capital of various Georgian kingdoms and republics. Because of its location at the crossroads between Europe and Asia, and its proximity to the lucrative Silk Road, throughout history, Tbilisi has been a point of contention among various global powers. To this day, the city's location ensures its position as an important transit route for energy and trade projects. Tbilisi's history is reflected in its architecture, which is a mix of medieval, neoclassical, Beaux Arts, Art Nouveau, Stalinist, and Modern structures. Historically, Tbilisi has been home to people of multiple cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, though its population is overwhelmingly Eastern Orthodox Christian.
