The population of the underwater city of Bikini Bottom is made up of various sea creatures. Among them are SpongeBob’s best friend, a starfish named Patrick; the irritable and arrogant squid Squidward; and a squirrel named Sandy, who also lives underwater using a special diving suit. SpongeBob works as a cook at the fast-food restaurant Krusty Krab, which is run by the old miser Mr. Krabs.
