Tournament format: The format of the tournament is determined by the number of participants. The tournament will be held in accordance with FESA rules, according to which the minimum time control must be 20 minutes + 40 seconds bioiom or 30 minutes + 30 seconds bioiom. In the event of a large number of participants in the tournament, a qualifying blitz tournament may be held (minimum time control 5 minutes + 10 seconds bioiom).
