What is Rtveli?

Rtveli is one of Georgia's oldest and most beloved traditions—the annual grape harvest festival. It's a joyful celebration where families, friends, and neighbors gather to harvest grapes, press them by foot, make churchkhela, bake khachapuri, sing, dance, and enjoy local wine together.

This is more than just a tour—it's an authentic Georgian cultural experience filled with tradition, hospitality, and unforgettable flavors.

 Along the way we'll visit:

• The confluence of two rivers;

• Makhuntseti Waterfall;

• Queen Tamar's Bridge.

 At the winery you'll enjoy:

•  Grape harvesting and traditional foot grape pressing;

•  A churchkhela making workshop;

•  An Adjarian khachapuri masterclass;

•  Traditional Georgian costume fitting;

•  A walk through the vineyards;

•  Traditional Georgian lunch with a wine tasting.
