Hawkins in the 1980s became exactly such a place. Darkness appears here out of nowhere, and when it retreats, children vanish without a trace.

Search operations are organized, the police comb through every nearby forest, yet there are no clues or evidence. Nothing in our world disappears without a trace. But is this the world where we should be searching?

The game is inspired by Stranger Things, but it is not a quiz about the series. Knowing the plot is not required and does not give any advantage in the investigation.
