Racha in One Day – Tskhrajvari

Departure from Batumi at 8 AM. On the way, we’ll enjoy scenic landscapes and make stops to stretch and take photos.

We’ll hike to the mountain of Nine Crosses — Tskhrajvari. From the top, a panoramic view opens over Imereti, with beautiful forests and cliffs.

We'll reach the summit of a rocky massif that used to be the bottom of the sea. At the top, we’ll find a small chapel and a stunning 360-degree view.
Along the way, there are many viewpoints overlooking Tkibuli Lake and the Imereti region.

After descending, we’ll have a picnic lunch and continue our journey.

Nikortsminda Cathedral
Next, we’ll visit the Nikortsminda Cathedral, built between 1010 and 1014. Inside are frescoes from the 16th–17th centuries. The facades are richly decorated with stone carvings.

Return Trip & Shaori Lake
On the way back, we’ll stop at Shaori Lake, sparkling at 1,100 meters above sea level, surrounded by mountain peaks and dense forests.
Its turquoise waters and scenic hills offer breathtaking views that change with the seasons.
