Public Talk with Writer Sasha Filipenko and Theatre Director Maksim Didenko on Kremulyator
On April 29, Tbilisi will host the premiere of Kremulyator, a play based on the novel by Sasha Filipenko, inspired by real interrogation records of the director of the first crematorium in the USSR.
This is the story of a White Army officer, an émigré and returnee — a man torn between truth, war, faith, and love — under the watchful eye of a tyrant.
On the eve of the premiere, join us at Auditoria for a public talk: Sasha Filipenko (joining online) and director Maksim Didenko will speak about the creation of the novel and the stage production — and how it transforms in the context of today’s war.
