This Friday, we invite you to a public talk focused on relationships. The format will be semi-open and moderated by a specialist — with less lecturing and more space for discussion and personal insights.
We will talk not only, and not so much, about what hurt you in the past, but will try to shape new meanings and ways of living in relationships in the present.
This format is suitable both for those who are ready to take part in the discussion and speak up, and for those who are not ready to share something publicly but want to hear what is important for them. You are welcome to come with your partner(s) or on your own — regardless of whether you are currently in a relationship or just thinking about starting one.
You will be able to better understand how our behavior in new relationships is influenced by emotions and thoughts, and why it’s important not to give up on yourself even when it feels like nothing new or good lies ahead. You will also explore whether it’s worth talking about your experiences and feelings with new partner(s), and how to do so.
The evening will be led by Nadezhda, a clinical psychologist and contextual-behavioral therapist who works both individually and with couples.
