Nomad's Legacy
Post-war Kazakhstan, the 1950s. Captain Talgat is closing in on a gang of smugglers when a train explosion destroys everything he holds dear. He survives, but his closest friend is killed.
Blamed for orchestrating the attack he failed to prevent and unable to prove his innocence, Talgat disappears into a remote mountain village — until a young shepherd dies before his eyes, whispering that the killer is nearby.
