The presentation of Anna Berdichevskaya’s new poetry book, "Calendar", will take place at Auditorium.
Anna Berdichevskaya was born in Solikamsk, in one of the Usolag camps. She is better known to the general public as a prose writer: her novel "KRUK" was included in the longlists for the "Big Book", "Yasnaya Polyana", and "Russian Booker" awards, while her short story "The Russian Doctor" won the Isaac Babel International Prize.
But this evening is all about poetry. "Calendar" is Anna’s fourth poetry book. It’s the work of a prose writer, reporter, and essayist — texts where words become the imprints of time.
