Practical Seminar Course “Paint It Black! Blackout, Hat, and Other Experimental Writing Techniques”

For children aged 10–14

A series of 5 hands-on seminars where children aged 10 to 14 will experiment with words and texts, try out unconventional writing techniques, and play with language. By the end of the course, each participant will create a collection of unique texts with illustrations, which we will turn into a personal booklet at the final session.
We are also considering publishing a collective almanac based on the results of the course and presenting it in the Auditoria bookshop.

Course plan:

February 14 — Blackout
At the first session, participants will get acquainted with the blackout technique, learn its history, and create their first blackout texts using different source materials.
