Portfolio Review with the conceptual initiator of the Swiss book project SamTamBooks, chief editor of the publishing house “Samokat” Irina Balakhonova, and the publisher’s designer-illustrator Maria Ovchinnikova.

Since its inception, the publishing house “Samokat” has introduced many book artists to the world. We thought: maybe there are people in Tbilisi who would like to collaborate with the SamTamBooks project and Samokat publishing, or simply receive feedback and advice for development as a book artist? Talented and hardworking children’s book artists are wanted!

Samokat publishing is open for applications from artists for new book projects.
