Lay the Brick

We’ve all faced situations where we needed to negotiate with people whose views completely differ from ours. This meeting offers you the opportunity to practice finding common solutions and learn to build effective interactions, even when interests clash.

During the event, you and other participants will create your characters, form a state, and elect a president. Will your president be able to fulfill their promises and pass laws while overcoming the test of Jenga?

At the end of the meeting, we’ll discuss:

• Did the characters achieve their goals?
• How were decisions made when choosing a leader?
• What strategies did the candidates use?
• What parallels did you draw between the game and real life?

This game will not only be an engaging experience for you but also serve as a practical tool for developing collaboration and collective thinking skills.

The game will be led by its author, Sergey Ableev – a participant of the "Trainer’s Workshop" and "Project Bureau" with experience in negotiations in IT companies.
