This Friday, we’re watching and discussing one of the most anticipated films of the year — the first project in six years from Parasite director Bong Joon-ho, starring Robert Pattinson.

The 2050s.
To escape a bloodthirsty loan shark who literally dismembers debtors, Mickey Barnes and his friend sign up as colonists on the planet Niflheim.
But while his friend becomes a pilot, Mickey is assigned the role of an "expendable" — performing deadly missions, dying, and then being reborn in a freshly printed body into which his consciousness is uploaded.

After falling into a cave, Mickey 17 is rescued by the mysterious crawlers native to Niflheim. When he returns to base… he meets Mickey 18.
