Pilates Reformer Masterclass

For the first time in Georgia, at Fit Gallery, you have the opportunity to attend a 3-day intensive Pilates Reformer Masterclass led by international Pilates expert Ekaterina Smirnova.

The Reformer is one of the most iconic and athletic apparatuses created by Joseph Pilates. Today, Reformer training is a global trend, and professional mastery of this equipment is an essential requirement for modern Pilates instructors.

This three-day intensive course is designed specifically for professionals who want to deepen their practice, expand their expertise, and work with clients more effectively and safely.

Ekaterina has been training Pilates instructors around the world for many years, and her seminars are known for:

This masterclass is designed for:

• practicing Pilates instructors;

• trainers working with the Reformer;

• professionals with basic industry experience;

The course is not suitable for beginners.
Basic Pilates education is required.

What you will learn over 3 days:

• how to correctly set up the Reformer for different body types and goals;

• the complete Reformer repertoire and how to adapt it individually for each client through practical exercises and examples;

• how to build logical and progressive programs where each exercise is purpose-driven and flows from the previous one;

• how to create safe and effective progressions;

• the logic and structure of Reformer training programs.

Throughout the masterclass, there will be intensive hands-on practice, transforming theoretical knowledge into real-life experience.

Upon successful completion of the masterclass, participants will receive an internationally recognized certificate.

Our main goal is to create real opportunities for growth and professional development for Pilates instructors in Georgia, which is why we have set an accessible participation fee.
