For the dinner, we have selected elegant, delicate, and light Imeretian wines produced by the family winery @bagratisgeorgianwine. The winemaker Giorgi Lomidze has a century-long history of winemaking in Imereti, passed down by his ancestors, along with his personal twenty years of experience in winemaking. The winery’s selection mainly consists of wines made from Imeretian grape varieties, using traditional qvevri in the production process. Winemaker Giorgi Lomidze is a member of the Georgian Natural Wine Association.
