This Sunday afternoon, we invite you to a narrative role-playing game with scenes, moral choices, and a conflict between magic and the system. Each player takes on two roles: a resident of a noir city and a fairytale character (from Western European or Disney fairy tales).
You will enter a noir city — cold, cynical, and governed by Status. It is home to mobsters, femme fatales, morally ambiguous detectives, corrupt officials, and others who have long forgotten what hope means.
Fairy Tales arrive here as refugees from destroyed magical kingdoms. Their colors fade, magic slowly disappears, and dreams crumble under the pressure of reality. Yet each Fairy Tale still carries in their heart an image of “Happily Ever After” — the hope that one day something will happen to bring their story to a happy ending.
The Adaptation Commission seeks to “integrate” the Fairy Tales into the system: to grant them a non-marginal status, teach them to live by the rules, and repaint them in black and white. The main question of the game is this: will the Fairy Tales dissolve into the gray world, or will they be able to recolor it with their own hues and find their “Happily Ever After”?
No preparation is required. Roles will be chosen and created on site. All rules will be explained before the game begins.
You are welcome to dress thematically in a black-and-white noir style.
Please bring small colorful items to the game: ribbons, jewelry, scarves, gloves, or any small symbols of color you wish to bring into this gray city.
The game will be hosted by Andrey, a professional game designer and role-playing game master with 15 years of experience.
Registration is mandatory, and the number of places is limited!
