Our Tsvetaeva

Our Tsvetaeva

“Our Tsvetaeva” is a musical and literary evening dedicated to one of the most brilliant and tragic figures of the Silver Age, the great poet Marina Ivanovna Tsvetaeva.

During this evening, we will trace the major milestones of her life: from her carefree youth and first creative steps to her long years in exile, her return to her homeland, and her final, dramatic days. We will hear about her encounters, losses, and discoveries.

The narrative of the poet’s life and works will be complemented by romances, songs set to Marina Tsvetaeva’s lyrics, poems, and instrumental music associated with her memories.

The program will feature works by composers such as K. V. Gluck, R. Schumann, F. Chopin, A. Scriabin, M. Tariverdiev, A. Petrov, M. Minkov, and others.
