Orlusha (Andrey Orlov) Live in Batumi
Orlusha (Andrey Orlov) — one of the most provocative Russian-language poets, the founder of the genre “stand-up poetry”, and the author of the projects Citizen Poet and Gospodin Khoroshiy — will perform in Batumi.
His new program “April Fool’s Day” is two hours of sharp poetry, satire, and live humor.
Every Orlusha performance is unique: poetry, improvisation, and an honest conversation with the audience.
And yes — Orlusha promises:
if you don’t smile even once during the evening, he’ll refund your ticket.
The port city and Black Sea resort of Batumi is the capital of the Georgian Republic of Adjara. The Batumi Boulevard runs along the seafront, a park, and a beach. The 130-meter-high Alphabet Tower, featuring inscriptions in the Georgian script, houses an observation deck with stunning sea views. In the Old Town, you can see many reconstructed 19th-century buildings. In the northern part of Batumi lies the botanical garden, home to plants from around the world.
