Open Day — Business Coaching: A New Leadership Paradigm

Coaching Lab has opened enrollment for the 7th cohort of the program
“Business Coaching: A New Leadership Paradigm.”

The “Business Coaching: A New Leadership Paradigm” program is a professional training course accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), offering the opportunity to become an international business coach.

This program is designed for:

• leaders who want to develop people management and motivation skills;

• HR professionals aiming to build employee-centered, innovative, and high-performance work environments.

By applying coaching competencies in leadership, you will be able to:

• effectively navigate the challenges of the BANI world (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, Incomprehensible);

• build high-performing teams;

• foster a healthy organizational culture.

You are invited to an information session on February 26.

By attending the session, you will have the opportunity to:

• learn about the program content and structure;

• meet the trainers and mentors;

• hear real success stories from program graduates.

The session will be led by the program’s trainers and mentors:

• Ekaterine Babunashvili, PCC, ICF — coach mentor and supervisor, profiler, international business trainer, managing partner of Coaching Lab;

• Irina Chochua, PCC, ICF — coach mentor, NLP practitioner, international business trainer, co-founder of Coaching Lab;

• Dea Chkhaidze, PCC, ICF — coach mentor, HR and organizational development expert, founder and CEO of Creative Leadership Hub.
