One-Minute Film Festival “What’s Going On?”

This is the second edition of the one-minute film festival “What’s Going On?”, where creators attempt to understand what is happening in the world today — with us and around us.
The program includes films made in animation, documentary, fiction, and experimental genres.

The festival will take place in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Tula, Chelyabinsk, Kazan, Tyumen, Smolensk, Tbilisi, Budva, Belgrade, and Yerevan.
