Description

New Horseback Tour at a Ranch in the Mountains of the Lesser Caucasus
(honest, demanding, and deeply meaningful)
with GeorgianAdventures

• We ride serious horses — not “leisure” mounts: crossbreeds of English Thoroughbred, Arabian, and Karachai horses (strong, sensitive, requiring a confident, balanced seat). Challenging even for experienced riders.
Individual horse selection for each participant
Preparation and saddling of the horses (participants are present)
Personal adjustment of stirrups, bridle, seat, and tack
• A full one-hour ride through mountains and forests with views of the Lesser Caucasus
• Optional riding lesson with the ranch owner (one lesson won’t make you a master, but you’ll clearly understand correct seat, basic control, and deepen your feel for the horse)

This tour is about respect for the horse, experience, and awareness — for those who truly understand.

For experienced riders only
Not for those who “sat a couple of times”
You must be confident in the saddle and able to maintain balance

Meeting point: McDonald’s (Rustaveli metro)
Start: 10:00 — return ~18:00
Group size: 6–7 people

Location

Tbilisi
Tbilisi is the capital and the largest city of Georgia, lying on the banks of the Kura River with a population of around 1.2 million people. Tbilisi was founded in the fifth century AD by Vakhtang I of Iberia, and since then has served as the capital of various Georgian kingdoms and republics. Because of its location at the crossroads between Europe and Asia, and its proximity to the lucrative Silk Road, throughout history, Tbilisi has been a point of contention among various global powers. To this day, the city's location ensures its position as an important transit route for energy and trade projects. Tbilisi's history is reflected in its architecture, which is a mix of medieval, neoclassical, Beaux Arts, Art Nouveau, Stalinist, and Modern structures. Historically, Tbilisi has been home to people of multiple cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, though its population is overwhelmingly Eastern Orthodox Christian.
