We'll leave Batumi at approximately 8:00 AM (departure time is approximate and may be adjusted).

The drive to Bakhmaro takes around three hours, with a short stop along the way.

 Guided Mushroom Foraging with a Naturalist

Our adventure begins in the picturesque coniferous forests of Bakhmaro, where we'll go mushroom foraging with an experienced naturalist.

During the walk, you'll:

• Discover the fascinating world of wild mushrooms;

• Learn how to distinguish edible species from poisonous ones;

• Explore the unique ecology of the forest and the important role mushrooms play in nature.

We'll hike approximately 5 km, although the exact distance may vary depending on where the mushrooms are found.

Around lunchtime, we'll enjoy a picnic in a beautiful natural setting.

 Return to Batumi

After the walk, we'll carefully sort and inspect our harvest together, making sure that only edible mushrooms remain in our baskets.

We'll then enjoy a cup of fragrant herbal tea before beginning the journey back to Batumi, arriving in the evening with fresh mountain memories—and, hopefully, a basket full of delicious mushrooms.
