Mount Ararat (5,137 m) Expedition with Take and Hike
Day 1 – Arrival in Doğubayazıt
The group meets at Ağrı or Iğdır Airport.
On the way to Doğubayazıt, we'll catch our first breathtaking glimpse of the legendary Mount Ararat—snow-capped, majestic, and seemingly unreachable.
After checking into our hotel (shared twin rooms), we'll gather for a welcome dinner, review the itinerary, inspect climbing equipment, and answer any questions about the expedition.

Day 2 – Trek to Base Camp (3,200 m)
After breakfast, we'll drive to the foot of Mount Ararat (2,200 m), where our trekking adventure begins.
The hike to Base Camp takes approximately 4–5 hours. Mules will transport all heavy equipment, allowing us to enjoy the dramatic volcanic landscapes and sweeping views of the Anatolian Plateau.
Upon arrival, we'll set up camp, enjoy a freshly prepared hot dinner, and relax.

Day 3 – Acclimatization Hike
Today's objective is to improve acclimatization.
We'll make a training ascent to the High Camp (4,200 m) before descending back to Base Camp for dinner and rest.
In the evening, your guide will explain the summit strategy and share practical tips for high-altitude climbing.

Day 4 – High Camp (4,200 m)
After breakfast, we'll move to High Camp, our final stop before summit day.
The ascent takes around 3–4 hours along volcanic scree slopes. After lunch, we'll fine-tune our equipment, adjust crampons, and complete a short acclimatization walk before resting for the night.
A good night's sleep is essential—the summit push begins before dawn.

Day 5 – Summit Day: Mount Ararat (5,137 m)
We begin climbing at 2:00 AM, hiking beneath a sky full of stars with headlamps lighting the way.
Depending on snow conditions, crampons will be used during the final 200 meters.
By sunrise—around 8:00 AM—we'll stand on the summit of Mount Ararat (5,137 m).
From the top, breathtaking views stretch across Turkey, Armenia, and Iran—three countries visible beneath one endless sky.
After celebrating and taking photos, we'll descend to High Camp for lunch before continuing back to Base Camp.

Day 6 – Descent, Cultural Tour & Hammam
After breakfast, we'll descend to the trailhead, where our vehicles will be waiting.
Back in Doğubayazıt, we'll check into the hotel before visiting the magnificent Ishak Pasha Palace and the Noah's Ark Museum.
In the evening, we'll relax in a traditional Turkish hammam before gathering for a festive farewell dinner and certificate ceremony.

Day 7 – Departure
After breakfast, we'll transfer to Ağrı or Iğdır Airport.
