Modinakhe and Mao Band Performance Concert

On May 2, Modinakhe Theatre and Mao Band present a tribute performance concert dedicated to AC/DC and David Crosby.

This is a new collaborative project between Modinakhe Theatre and the rock group Mao Rock4ever. In one evening, on one stage, audiences will experience a musical performance that brings together two iconic genres — folk rock and hard rock.

The program pays tribute to the music of David Crosby and Stephen Stills, as well as the legendary hard rock band AC/DC, offering original interpretations of their timeless music.

The driving force of the performance is one of the pioneers of the rock movement and the oldest rock band in Georgia — Mao Band, now rebranded and energized by a younger generation of musicians: Gizi Panjakidze, Zurab Andghuladze, and Kakhi Kapanadze, performing under the new name Maos Rock4ever.
