A journalist with a philosophical surname, David Locke, comes to do material in Northern Sahara, but the work does not go well. Obeying a sudden impulse, Locke takes the deceased’s luggage, re-sticks the photo in the passport and hastily leaves the hotel in a vague premonition of a new life.
