Every day, masterclasses on cooking dishes from different parts of the world are held at the gastronomic space. All classes are conducted under the supervision of a professional chef.

Here’s the schedule for the rest of the week:

Georgian cuisine masterclass
The program includes preparing chashushuli and khachapuri

Italian cuisine masterclass
The program includes preparing pizza, pasta, and tiramisu

Mediterranean cuisine masterclass
The program includes preparing souvlaki, tapas, and meze

January 24, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

French cuisine masterclass
The class will be conducted by invited French chef Gilles Caleyro. The program includes shrimp salad, duck fillet, fermented green pepper sauce, and caramel cream dessert.
