The Tbilisi State Chamber Orchestra “Georgian Sinfonietta” was founded in 2008. Its repertoire spans various musical eras and styles.
In 2012, the orchestra acquired authentic Baroque instruments, becoming the first Baroque orchestra in the Caucasus.
In 2015, it established the annual Tbilisi Baroque Festival, now one of the most important events in Georgia’s musical life.
Beyond its performances in Tbilisi, the orchestra tours internationally and collaborates with world-renowned soloists, conductors, and ensembles.
