Look Back

A touching dramedy about two completely different girls brought together by their passion for creativity. Fujino is in fourth grade and loves yonkoma — short four-panel comics published in the school newspaper. She draws them, imagining herself, her classmates, and teachers in comical situations. One day, a teacher asks her to give up one of the columns for another student who doesn’t attend school. Fujino agrees, but soon realizes that Kyomoto has real talent: she draws much better. This motivates Fujino to seriously pursue drawing.
