Lecture in the City: "The Secret Life of Bats" 

National Geographic researcher Bogdana Vashchenko and National Geographic photographer Viktor Lyahushkin will talk about bats. Who are bats and what are they needed for? Where do they live and what do they eat? Do they really drink blood? Do they spread dangerous diseases and get tangled in hair?

You will learn about the secret superpowers of bats that most people are unaware of.

The lecture will take place under the bridge in Gldani, where a large urban colony of bats resides. We will observe the hunting practices of bats and listen to their signals using an ultrasonic detector.
