Over the past six months, historian and traveler Arseny Vesnin took part in a sailing expedition during which he reconstructed the route of Odysseus’s journey and sailed it on his own vessel.
Where did the Cyclopes and the Laestrygonians live? What might truly lie behind the legends of Scylla, Charybdis, and Aeolus, the ruler of the winds? Did the expedition manage to find traces of the King of Ithaca and understand what The Odyssey really is?
