A guest performance by the Ushangi Chkheidze Zestafoni Professional State Drama Theatre in Tbilisi at the Akaki Khorava Actor’s House.
Opportunism, lies, hypocrisy, and false patriotism — none of these are unfamiliar to modern society. Yet this contemporary version of “Kvarkvare Tutaberi” differs from its predecessor: the action takes place in 21st-century Georgia, exposing the moral flaws of today’s society through new forms and a modern artistic language.
The project is supported financially by the Ministry of Culture, the Zestafoni Municipality City Hall, and the Zestafoni Municipal Council.
