Kutaisoba – Kutaisi City Day Celebration
Kutaisi City Day will be celebrated from May 2 to May 4!
Kutaisoba is an annual festival held in one of Europe’s oldest cities. Visitors can enjoy concerts, exhibitions, theatrical performances, sports events, and many other festive activities throughout the city.
From 12:00 PM:
• Handmade crafts, books, and flower fair
• Children's sports activities
• Photo zones
• University pavilions and student exhibitions
• Open-air painting session by Art Academy students
• Photography and film archive museum exhibition
12:30 PM – Rafting on the Rioni River
12:30 PM – Brass band concert
1:00 PM – Concert by students and teachers of cultural and educational institutions
1:30 PM – Opening of the international university space "UniverCity"
8:00 PM – Gala Concert
9:30 AM – Blessing ceremony by the Metropolitan of Kutaisi at the Bagrati Cathedral
12:00 PM – Little Red Riding Hood puppet show
12:30 PM – Concert by local school students
1:00 PM – Exhibition "History in Coins"
3:00 PM – Exhibition "Kutaisi – City of Inspiration"
5:30 PM – Ceremony honoring distinguished citizens of Kutaisi
