Maxim Martemyanov's acoustic concert (Senjor Major band)

The Senjor Major band was founded on February 23, 2022 (very timely...) by three journalists from Moscow (two of whom, of course, immediately emigrated). Maxim Martemyanov is the deputy editor-in-chief of the independent online magazine "Kholod" and lives in Tbilisi.

"What we play, I call 'polit-dance-punk' (though that's not entirely true). We write songs ranging from ballads to punk rock about the Federal Service for the Execution of Wishes, military recruiters, crypto-millionaires, deputies, and partly about ourselves."

The musicians are currently finishing their album and plan to go on tour to various cities as a full band. In the meantime, let's listen to acoustic versions of their songs in our cozy event-space.

After the concert, the unofficial part will begin: we'll sit in a circle and play anything we want for each other on whatever we bring until we’re well-fed for the year ahead. Let’s get to know each other and jam together.
