"The World Is a Mess" is the new stand-up show by comedian Kirill Selegey.

Four years ago, Kirill left Russia and has since been documenting the absurdities of modern life around the world through comedy. In his new performance, he brings together consumer culture, nuclear weapons, changing gender roles, dictatorships, global conflicts, human rights, environmental issues—and, of course, a bit of classic toilet humor for true comedy lovers.

Russian audiences may know Kirill from StandUp on TNT and Evening Urgant. Today he appears in Dobey by Ari Standup Club (Armenia), Stand Up Local Live (Warsaw), Mikhail Kozyrev's How Everything Fell Apart on TV Rain, and Reels Special—the stand-up performance that was later banned in Russia.

Kirill's audience isn't defined by age. His shows are for thoughtful, intelligent people with a good sense of humor and self-irony, from 18 to 90 years old.
