Movie Screening "Paper Moon"

A touching and charming film about the friendship between an adult and a child. America during the Great Depression. A strange couple travels through the small towns of Kansas: the clumsy swindler Moses and the young orphan Eddie. He sells fake personalized Bibles to lonely widows, she smokes cigarette after cigarette and looks gloomily from under her brows.

Bogdanovich is a big fan of old movies, so «Paper Moon» is a subtle stylization in retro style. The film stars a father and daughter, Ryan and Tatum O'Neal.
