Khariton Akhvlediani Museum of Ajara

Khariton Akhvlediani Museum was founded in 1908. About 180 000 exhibits unique items and collections are kept here. 1820 exhibits are presented in the Natural, History, Archaeology, Ethnography and History departments of the exposition . Among them are rare monuments of nature ( flora , fauna, minerals ), archaeological collections, rare ethnographic items, unique photos ,works of art, manuscripts and documents.
