Description

The comic opera in three acts, authored by Viktor Dolidze and based on the play Khanuma by Avksenty Tsagareli, will be performed in Tbilisi on February 4.

The story transports the audience into the vibrant world of life and customs in Tiflis in the second half of the 19th century. The plot revolves around the marriage of Prince Levan Palavandishvili, who is facing financial difficulties, to Keto, the daughter of the wealthy merchant Makar.
