Intuition

On Christmas Eve, in one of New York’s stores, American Jonathan meets Englishwoman Sara. They spend only a few hours together, walking through the snow-covered city.

When it’s time for Sara to fly back home, she suggests testing fate. Jonathan writes his phone number on a banknote, while Sara writes hers in a book. The banknote is spent, the book is sold to a second-hand bookstore — and Sara and Jonathan part ways, leaving their future entirely in the hands of destiny.
