Introduction to Systemic Constellations

Lumos invites you to a practical workshop — “Introduction to Systemic Constellations” — designed for those who wish to gain a deeper understanding of the systemic constellation method. The session will be facilitated by Tamuna Zhizhishvili and Tina Kukhianidze, systemic constellation facilitators.

Who is this workshop for?

• Those who have heard about systemic constellations and are interested, but need more information and experience before joining an intensive session.

• Those who have little knowledge of the method but want to learn more and try it themselves.

• Those who have already participated in the process but want to get even closer to the systemic constellation method.

Workshop structure:

• In the first part, we will discuss systemic constellations as a tool;

• answer your questions;

• engage in small practices to explore body awareness and self-discovery.

The second part will be fully dedicated to one complete systemic constellation session.
