This year’s program features world-class films by filmmakers from around the globe — in-depth works from the USA, Germany, Libya, Estonia, Russia, and beyond.
Diverse Genres: from high-tech historical investigations and artistic biographies to underwater expeditions and political memoirs.
Powerful Themes: journeys into the hidden history of the internet, the silence of submerged worlds, the resilience of indigenous communities, and a son’s search for his father amid political turmoil.
Cinematic Realism: each film is a masterclass in authentic storytelling, featuring restored archives and breathtaking underwater cinematography.
February 25:
The Collins Story (USA) and Master (Russia) — a day of geniuses: from engineers who connected the world to masters of fine jewelry.
February 26:
Hidden Worlds (Germany) — an epic underwater adventure exploring flooded mines and shipwrecks.
February 27:
My Father and Qaddafi (Libya/USA) — a powerful feature-length documentary blending political thriller and personal memoir.
