Description

From July 18 to 20, Batumi will host an international beach soccer championship at the beach stadium.

National teams of Georgia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Turkey, Belarus, Germany, and Portugal will compete in three days of exciting matches.

Location

Batumi

The port city and Black Sea resort of Batumi is the capital of the Georgian Republic of Adjara. The Batumi Boulevard runs along the seafront, a park, and a beach. The 130-meter-high Alphabet Tower, featuring inscriptions in the Georgian script, houses an observation deck with stunning sea views. In the Old Town, you can see many reconstructed 19th-century buildings. In the northern part of Batumi lies the botanical garden, home to plants from around the world.
